Jamyla is a marketing executive with experience across globally recognized entertainment companies, including NBCUniversal, Disney, Webtoon, Paramount, and Amazon. She specializes in streaming transformation, fandom and franchise marketing, and cross-platform entertainment strategy, leading campaigns that connect audiences with premium content across television, film, streaming, digital media, and emerging entertainment ecosystems.
Known for blending strategic insight with immersive storytelling, Jamyla has spearheaded global marketing initiatives for iconic franchises and entertainment brands, delivering innovative, audience-first campaigns that drive engagement, subscriber growth, and cultural impact. She has led large-scale go-to-market strategies and award-winning 360 campaigns across traditional, digital, social, experiential, and platform marketing environments.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Jamyla is deeply committed to community enrichment, advancing diversity, and empowering women leaders. She serves on the Board of Directors for City Hearts: Kids Say Yes to the Arts, a nonprofit providing arts education to underserved youth. As a Community Advisory Board member for PBS SoCal, she champions public media’s mission to inform, educate, and inspire audiences through meaningful storytelling. She also serves as a co-chapter advisor for UCLA’s Gamma Phi Beta sorority, mentoring collegiate women in leadership and personal development.
Additionally, as an inaugural cohort member of the ATTN x The Female Quotient Women in AI program, Jamyla is passionate about exploring AI’s transformative potential within media, marketing, and creative industries while advocating for greater representation of women in technology and innovation.
Her dedication to mentorship and inclusion is further reflected in her previous leadership roles as co-chair of the Women’s Network at NBCUniversal, a member of NBCUniversal’s Diversity Council, and a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
With a proven track record of leading high-impact campaigns and building audience-centered entertainment brands, Jamyla combines creativity, operational leadership, and strategic vision to drive measurable results and lasting cultural impact. She holds dual MBAs from UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore Business School, bringing a global perspective to entertainment, technology, and business transformation.
